Strategy & Ops - Early-Stage AI - New York City
We’re running a search for a founding S&O hire at one of the most interesting early-stage AI companies in New York right now.
- Seven-figure ARR.
- Tier-1 backing.
- The category they’re in is new - and they’re winning it.
The role
Direct line to the founders. High ownership from day one. No layers, no hand-holding.
Half your time is owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients at C-Suite level. You’re not supporting these accounts - you’re running them. Setting strategy, driving implementation, and being accountable for outcomes.
The other half is working directly with the founders on what gets built next - product roadmap, GTM, how the business scales. You’ll be expected to have a genuine point of view and the credibility to back it up.
This is not a coordination role. It’s not a support function. If you want to execute someone else’s playbook, this isn’t it.
Who they’re looking for
2–6 years out of IB, consulting, PE, or a high-growth startup. Still hands-on and executing - not managing through layers. Fast, sharp, and comfortable in ambiguous environments. Confident walking into a room with C-Suite from day one. Here to build something, not to optimise something already figured out.
