Main Objective
Manage the promotional product sales cycle for existing clients to maximize sales.
Job Summary
Ready to join a team that’s redefining promotional branding? We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who brings strong sales skills to the table — and is just as comfortable on the phone as they are behind a computer handling quotes and follow-ups.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of existing clients, while also building new relationships and growing your book of business. From branded water bottles and t-shirts to pens, notebooks, and everything in between, you’ll take client requests, prepare detailed quotes, and then collaborate with our all-star team to bring each project to life.
You’ll manage the full client journey from start to finish — serving as the main point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of every project, from initial outreach and quoting to order coordination and final invoicing. If you love owning your accounts, building relationships, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, this role is for you.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients at both executive and junior management levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including confident oral presentations
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills; able to set priorities, respond promptly to client needs, and meet critical deadlines, all while working under pressure
- Committed to consistently exceeding client expectations with a caring and proactive approach
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and task management software
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
- Google Workspace
- Task management software (Asana preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite
Work Schedule
On-site, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
