• Maintain a personalized caseload by managing how many clients you see through our client management platform, Headway, thus controlling your workflow.

• Engage with clients effectively and deliver dedicated, customized support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize technology to verify client insurance benefits instantaneously, ensuring seamless access to care without delays.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and tailor your therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and resources effectively, including video conferencing and internal communication platforms, to deliver high-quality remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
