Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning, in alignment with company policies.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic aftercare plans, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support following discharge from the program.

• Regularly engage with families, outside therapists, and referral sources (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns that may arise.

• Adhere to all documentation requirements set forth by company standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy in record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience with co-occurring disorders and group therapy.

• Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills that foster effective collaboration with clients and team members.
