Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly engage with clients to track their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, providing connections to local resources and services that can benefit clients beyond direct therapy.

• Act as a liaison for clients who require interpretation and translation services, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your expertise and caseload.
