Our Client in Edison, NJ is looking for a Hybrid Senior Accountant to join their team for a direct hire role!
Schedule: Hybrid working schedule - 3-days in office and 2-days wfhPay: $88k - $98k DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage key general ledger areas and drive accurate, GAAP-compliant monthly and year-end closes.
- Perform complex financial analysis while overseeing fixed assets, cost accounting, reconciliations, and customer programs.
- Guide junior staff, review team deliverables, and sharpen processes to deliver clear reporting for leadership.
- Perform Financial Close & Reporting, Account Reconciliations & Analysis
- Fixed Assets & Capital Accounting
- Cost Accounting & Inventory Support
- Supervise Accounting Work, A/P and A/R , Banking & Cash Controls
- 5-7+ years in accounting with a Manufacturing of Consumer products background.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- ERP experience (Microsoft D365 strongly preferred) and Power BI.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, process improvement, complex reconciliations, and deadline management.
- Must be comfortable with up to 10% travel.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $88,000.00 - $98,000.00
