Key Responsibilities\n

In this pivotal role, counselors will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and responsive to each client's unique needs.

• Document sessions and progress notes accurately to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and appropriate service levels.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on client cases.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with an outpatient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Our clients include adults, children, and families, and each counselor is expected to adapt their therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of this population. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, unrestricted and independent.

• Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to mental health practice, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, we seek candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
