Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Wellness & Insight, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment interventions in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for varied client populations.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and self-help programs that complement therapeutic interventions, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in regular case reviews with management to discuss patient progress, challenges, and solutions, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

• Manage the daily operations of behavioral health services, including supervising other therapists, conducting annual performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.

The patients you will serve at our clinic display a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, with a valid LCSW license required.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health care team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
