Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $50-75 p/h

Employment Type: Temporary (6 months)

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: M-F 9 am to 5 pm (PST)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Import data, identify and clean duplicate records using deduplication tools, maintain data quality, and perform database health checks.
• Build and manage custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support sales and executive teams.
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce functionality as needed.
• Work with Excel-based pricing tools and Electronic Price Card (EPC) workbooks.
• Create, update, troubleshoot, and maintain Excel macros.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Excel workbooks and automated processes.
• Help ensure the accuracy and functionality of pricing tools and related data.
• Learn and follow company-specific EPC processes and procedures through provided training.
• Collaborate with team members to address technical issues and support ongoing business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
• Experience with data imports, data cleansing, duplicate management, and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with and troubleshooting macros.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
