Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation is required.

Certification Expectations

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Continuous certification must be maintained throughout your tenure.
