Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, facilitating accurate case formulations.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Prepare and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that define clear goals and interventions, ensuring they are client-centered and adaptable.

• Collaborate seamlessly with the treatment team to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care, engaging in regular discussions about client progress and care strategies.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to manage acute issues effectively.

• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, empowering clients through shared experiences and information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
