Job Details Location: Lima, Ohio 45801 Assignment Type: Travel Nursing / Travel RN Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 09/07/2026 Shift: 12-hour nights Shifts Per Week: 3 Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry / Orthopedic Unit Registered Nurse Job Requirements Active RN license in Ohio or compact state eligibility Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred/expected for success in this role BLS and ACLS required Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients and care team members Experience supporting post-op orthopedic patients is highly valued Comfort working with surgical drains , IV drips , and telemetry equipment Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and perform physical duties as needed Responsibilities Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process Perform ongoing assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care plans Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and policy Care for orthopedic, medical, and post-op patients with a variety of needs Manage patients with surgical drains, oxygen support, and selected IV therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and safety measures Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care at all times Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate changes promptly to the team Apply now to take the next step in your Ohio nursing career and join a supportive travel healthcare team in Lima today.
