Job Details Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry / Stepdown Location: Lima, Ohio Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or compact licensure eligibility Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required BLS and ACLS required NIH Stroke Certification required Ability to interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias Experience with telemetry, stepdown, med/surg, or acute care nursing preferred Comfort working with adult and geriatric patient populations Ability to work night shift and adapt to a high-acuity, fast-paced healthcare environment Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythm changes, and escalate concerns appropriately Administer medications and titrate drips according to patient needs and unit protocols Care for patients with chest pain, CHF exacerbations, pre- and post-cardiac cath needs, and other telemetry-level conditions Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, PCTs, and the interdisciplinary care team Support patient education, comfort, and family communication throughout the care experience Maintain accurate documentation and promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment Apply now for this Travel Registered Nurse telemetry stepdown job in Lima, Ohio and join a healthcare team committed to quality patient care.
