Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to identify needs and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Ensure the ethical and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions per departmental guidelines.

• Engage in initial evaluations by triaging care and making informed recommendations to clients and their families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through effective communication to enhance patient outcomes and coordinate treatment within service plans.

• Demonstrate the expertise to meet the diverse physical, psychological, and social needs of clients from varied backgrounds.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients with achieving their goals outlined in their personalized service plans.

• Consult and manage care in coordination with hospital and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for assigned patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
