To support client needs, the full-time Direct Hire Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for direct hire positions while working remotely, with a requirement to be based in Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, or Wichita. Key responsibilities Lead client intake calls to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting plans Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for client positions Maintain compliance with legal standards and company guidelines throughout the recruiting process Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruitment and placement Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and maintain candidate pipelines Strong understanding of client relationship management and follow-up processes
