Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand client backgrounds and formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver tailored individual therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional well-being. Set specific goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward these objectives. Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges, facilitating continued care regardless of location. Maintain meticulous documentation consistent with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus As a mental health counselor, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various life challenges. Our practice prioritizes a holistic approach to mental health, emphasizing the importance of building rapport and trust with clients. By tailoring therapy to each individual's unique journey, you will play a crucial role in guiding them toward healing and empowerment. Qualifications A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseload demands. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations. Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic techniques and modalities, particularly those addressing trauma and anxiety, is preferred. Candidates with a demonstrated ability to engage in teletherapy will have an advantage, as our practice utilizes various technology platforms to connect with clients. Compensation and Benefits The Center of Hope offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
