Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in PE-backed or high-growth healthcare organizations , ideally within multi-provider, specialty, or physician group settings , and is comfortable working in environments where processes and systems are actively evolving. Key Responsibilities Support month‑end and periodic close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and reporting packages Support budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with finance leadership Contribute to audit preparation and assist with both internal and external audit requests Analyze expense and revenue variances and provide insight to management Assist across AP, AR, payroll, and billing functions as needed in a lean team environment Help ensure data integrity and consistency within financial systems and reporting tools Required Background 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong general ledger and month‑end close experience Hands‑on experience working in healthcare accounting environments is required Exposure to PE-backed, high-growth, or operationally complex organizations strongly preferred Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
