Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Account Management is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of Meritain's Alternative Health & Advocacy Solutions partner portfolio, including navigation, advocacy, and point solution vendors. This role serves as a primary operational contact for assigned partners and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence, issue resolution, partner accountability, and ongoing relationship management.

The individual will partner closely with Account Executives, sales leadership, client management teams, implementation teams, and operational stakeholders to support partner performance, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and execute strategic initiatives that improve client, member, and partner experience. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, coordinating issue remediation, supporting implementations and escalations, maintaining governance processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to sales enablement and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong relationship management skills, operational acumen, project coordination capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while supporting innovative healthcare solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.

• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.

• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthcare, health plan, TPA, benefits administration, navigation, advocacy, point solution, or vendor management environment.

• Knowledge of healthcare benefits, claims administration, member advocacy, clinical navigation, care management, or related healthcare solutions.

• Experience supporting partner governance, operational reviews, performance scorecards, or service delivery oversight.

• Experience participating in implementations, product launches, process improvement initiatives, or remediation efforts.

• Familiarity with sales support activities, RFP responses, finalist presentations, and sales enablement efforts.

• Experience working with external vendor partners and holding partners accountable to contractual and operational commitments.

• Project management experience, including maintaining action plans, issue logs, risk trackers, and stakeholder communications.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and presenting operational updates to senior stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Advanced coursework, certifications, or professional development in project management, healthcare administration, account management, or business operations preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
