Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling primarily through video chat, catering to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively guide individual sessions and foster client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Your role will significantly impact their lives by imparting the skills necessary for improvement and resilience, ultimately guiding them toward achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• An active license is required; candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should exist on your record.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and connection.

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings, especially those familiar with managing low acuity cases, will be preferred. A background in using digital tools for therapy and documentation can further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
