You will play an important role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, IT, and hiring managers throughout the organization.We're looking for someone who is energized by our mission, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.Reports to: Associate Director, Talent AcquisitionLocation: 13203 Murphy Road Suite 100 Stafford, TX 77477Job Type: Full-Time | OnsiteBasic Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, employee onboarding, HR administration, or a related administrative support functionPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferredExperience coordinating interviews, scheduling complex calendars, and managing hiring logisticsKnowledge of Form I-9 processing, E-Verify, and employment eligibility complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, and reporting)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and maintain accurate recordsAbility to quickly learn new processes, systems, and technologiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionWhat You'll Do:Recruiting & OnboardingCoordinate requisition setup and support recruiting activities in WorkdaySchedule candidate interviews and manage interview logisticsPrepare offer letters and employment-related documentationManage background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirementsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processCoordinate onboarding activities with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless new hire experienceMaintain accurate candidate and new hire records and track onboarding completionHR Operations & ComplianceSupport employer registrations in new states and partner with Payroll on related setup activitiesComplete and maintain Form I-9 and E-Verify processes, including reverifications and periodic auditsProcess employee data changes and maintain accurate employee records within WorkdaySupport HR compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to established policies and proceduresProcurement & Vendor AdministrationSupport HR vendor management, contract administration, and SOW trackingCreate purchase orders, coordinate approvals, and process HR invoicesMaintain invoice and vendor tracking processes to ensure timely and accurate paymentsPartner with Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepanciesWhat Do We Offer?At Immatics, we believe in investing in our team's health, safety, and well-being.
