Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs, determining appropriate treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

• Perform detailed diagnostic assessments, including Gains and Locus measures, crisis planning, and clinical summaries that inform effective treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of clients’ condition and progress, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Provide compassionate counseling services, using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, for referrals and further assessments when indicated.

• Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and cultural competency, facilitating open communication with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a varied clientele, focusing on individuals who may experience mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and intellectual challenges. Your ability to connect with diverse patients, understanding their unique cultural, social, and personal circumstances, will be paramount in facilitating their healing journeys. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party source.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in diverse settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings or telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , based on caseload and experience.
