Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources and support for clients.

• Communicate openly and effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet contract standards and advance the mission of Sierra Vista within the community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
\n
• Pursue professional growth through attending conferences, participating in workshops, addressing groups, and representing the agency in statewide meetings and committees related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By leveraging telehealth, you will provide accessible and flexible treatment options for clients, enabling them to engage in therapy while managing work, family, and other responsibilities. Our focus on personalized care means you will tailor your approach to each individual's unique experience and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
\n
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working in a mental health setting.
\n
• Knowledge of appropriate record-keeping procedures related to beneficiaries’ charts and confidentiality laws.

• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, abiding by legal insurance requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services.
\n
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate support services.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
