Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake diagnostic assessments, including Gains and LOCUS measures, crisis planning, and treatment planning to establish baseline client needs.

• Carry out case management duties, advocating for and linking clients to appropriate resources while tailoring recommendations to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize telehealth tools to provide both virtual and face-to-face sessions, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, empathetic support.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when required, effectively managing clients in distress to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Facilitate family involvement in treatment plans to promote holistic healing and track behavioral responses over time.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing training to stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Manage a full caseload to support a busy and fulfilling practice, assisting clients with issues ranging from low self-esteem and substance use disorders to family dynamics and suicidal ideation.

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns, fostering skill development and adherence to agency standards.
