OVERVIEW

As an Account Manager at Arthur Elliott, you’re the steady hand at the center of the client relationship. You keep things moving, keep clients informed, and make sure internal teams have what they need to deliver their best work. You’re a proactive communicator, a deadline-watcher, and someone who knows how to turn feedback into forward motion.

This isn’t a strategy-heavy role — it’s about client service, coordination, and being a trusted point of contact. You’ll partner with Account Strategists, Project Managers, and department leads to help campaigns run smoothly and relationships stay strong.

This position is fully remote and will support the Eastern United States territory.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, providing timely updates and follow-through

Coordinate deliverables across internal departments to ensure they align with client goals and expectations

Schedule and lead client status meetings and weekly check-ins, preparing agendas and tracking action items

Communicate clearly and frequently with clients — routing feedback, answering questions, and flagging issues as needed

Track deliverables, deadlines, and changes using Wrike and Microsoft Teams

Help draft and polish client communications, including recaps, reports, timelines, and presentation decks

Maintain accurate account documentation in Zoho CRM and internal tracking systems

Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure scopes, timelines, and team capacity are aligned

Support senior team members on larger accounts or complex deliverables

Help anticipate client needs, resolve issues early, and maintain a calm, proactive presence

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of marketing account management experience — agency experience is a plus

Ability to travel 25% each month

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and attentive to the details that matter

Confident in managing client conversations and delivering timely follow-up

Experience working in a 100% remote environment
