Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that identify co-occurring disorders and define individualized treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client's unique challenges and personal recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to address addiction-related issues, trauma, and other underlying mental health conditions, employing various therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse client needs.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other addiction specialists, to deliver comprehensive holistic care and resource sharing.

• Educate clients and their families on important mental health topics, recovery principles, and strategies for coping with challenges throughout the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing the latest health technology resources.

Our clients primarily consist of individuals facing addiction, as well as those grappling with co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. As a counselor at In Touch Psychotherapy Services, your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be fundamental, helping them navigate their unique recovery journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing mental health support, particularly in addiction recovery settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
