Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with individuals, couples, and families within the hospice environment, focusing on mental health challenges that arise during end-of-life care. This role requires sensitivity and expertise in addressing grief, loss, anxiety, and coping strategies, ensuring that clients are supported both emotionally and psychologically during this sensitive period.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
