Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on essential responsibilities designed to provide high-quality psychotherapy services. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-informed approaches.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient preferences and clinical requirements.

• Maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer reviews that enhance the overall quality of care and foster professional development.

• Providing vital education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with a diverse patient population at the Hospice Center, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns within a sensitive and compassionate framework. Your focus will be on individuals who are facing significant life challenges, end-of-life issues, and emotional distress, making it crucial to approach every case with empathy, respect, and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory for this role.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• At least three years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapeutic services in diverse settings.
