Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on crisis management and wellness strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory requirements, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools effectively and integrate findings into client-centered care strategies.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to create and update positive behavior support plans that address the needs of each client.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community outreach.

• Engage in ongoing professional growth by attending relevant workshops and representation at statewide collaborations that benefit your practice and our organization.

• Promote the agency's mission and values through effective communication and relationship building within the community and across various service systems.

• Complete additional tasks as delegated by the Clinic Director to ensure the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• possession of a current and independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 86,000 and 103,000, complemented by a generous hire-on bonus.
