Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, concerns, and objectives, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for clients encountering a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management techniques.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and managing family conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique histories and goals, ensuring aligned therapeutic interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients who are facing urgent mental health issues, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders to foster understanding, resilience, and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations, in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
