Senior Sales Director

Leading the Employer Growth Team, the full-time Senior Sales Director will oversee revenue growth, sales execution, and team performance for Propelus EverCheck and Immuware, driving operational rigor and commercial execution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to transition the sales team from responding to demand to creating it, ensuring a self-originated pipeline Own the complete employer plan, managing territory coverage and ensuring all accounts have documented dispositions Drive forecast accuracy and performance management, ensuring a clear path for underperforming team members Required qualifications: 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying teams in complex enterprise environments Deep understanding of healthcare operations and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes Proven track record of building outbound, seller-originated pipelines Experience in designing sales processes and operational cadences from scratch
