Regional Vice President

Driving financial performance in a remote capacity, the full-time Regional Vice President will manage new business production, oversee territory distribution, and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve profitability and growth in the assigned region. Key responsibilities Develop and implement an annual regional sales plan while exceeding new business production and profitability targets Manage territory distribution by creating agency/broker business plans and maintaining relationships with key partners Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are highly desired A minimum of 8-10 years of commercial lines insurance experience with expertise in sales and insurance practices 5+ years of territory or region management experience Prior underwriting experience is preferred, with E&S experience being a plus
