Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering connection and support among clients, helping them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions that delve deep into clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, aiding them in developing coping strategies and actionable plans based on their unique situations.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are transparent, goal-oriented, and tailored to address individual needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring treatment efficacy and adaptability.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Coordinate with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, consulting on complex cases and sharing insights to benefit client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on providing support to young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating significant mental health challenges. The clinic specializes in outpatient services, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) designed to provide robust therapeutic support during crucial developmental timelines. You will witness firsthand the resilience and growth of your clients as they work towards recovery and personal transformation.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Additionally, a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is required to practice in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
