Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive working relationships while upholding strict professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment strategies, and plan for timely discharges when clinically appropriate.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, and monitor their implementation throughout the therapeutic process.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and adhering to compliance regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate initial treatment recommendations.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to refine your clinical skills and share insights with peers.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, contributing to integrated treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in Washington State is mandatory.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient computer skills are required, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy software.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is a must.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments competently and compassionately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
