Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, address any concerns, plan upcoming sessions, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and formulate appropriate treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness, you will serve a wide range of clients—from children to adults—each facing unique challenges. By guiding clients through their healing journeys, you will contribute to enhancing their overall well-being and integration into the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, with the ability to practice independently in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following completion of your graduate degree.

• Proficient in using computer systems including Excel, RMS platforms, and email communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Integro Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you are compensated fairly for your work, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections—allowing for financial stability without waiting for reimbursements.
