• Client Partnerships: Use consultative sales techniques to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for staffing support.
• Strategic Placement: Exercise discretionary judgment to match associate skills with client needs, ensuring long-term success for both parties.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous documentation of all recruiting and sales activities within our automated system to ensure seamless office operations.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Sales Mindset: Experience in customer service or sales with a persistent, "can-do" approach to making contacts.
• Fast-Paced Fluency: Ability to manage multiple priorities and job orders simultaneously without losing your upbeat attitude.
• Technical Literacy: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
• Professionalism: A solid understanding of common business practices and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
