Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art systems designed for secure, effective communication and therapy delivery. As a member of our remote team, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, along with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, creating a robust understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to devise individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and personal circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific mood disorders present.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mood disorders, available treatment pathways, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, ensuring a fully integrated approach to client care.

• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest research and developments related to mood disorders, applying new insights into your clinical practice.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and work towards reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will entail working with a diverse client base facing mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will have the opportunity to guide individuals from various backgrounds toward improved mental health and emotional resilience, utilizing compassionate communication and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid credentials as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A strong understanding and application of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Proven expertise in delivering CBT and DBT, with a track record of effective client outcomes.

• An understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, along with performance bonuses.
