Business Transformation Consultant

To support enterprise AI advisory services, the contract AI Advisory & Value Consultant will translate stakeholder demand into actionable AI recommendations and business-aligned decision support while working remotely for an 8-month duration. Key Responsibilities Facilitate AI discovery and advisory sessions with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and develop structured recommendation packages Conduct persona and work-pattern analysis to align AI tools with business needs and maintain advisory playbooks Develop value hypotheses and success metrics for AI initiatives, supporting executive presentations and stakeholder recommendations Required Qualifications Experience evaluating business applications of AI, digital platforms, or SaaS tools Strong understanding of AI product ecosystems and enterprise adoption considerations Experience in developing persona frameworks and user journey analysis Proven ability to connect tools to business outcomes and assess user needs Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders in large enterprises
