Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate mental health concerns and identify strengths and resources within clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, continually adjusting these plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care delivery and coordinated approaches for clients.

• Working with clients in crisis, provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning measures when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and peer support groups to enhance the therapeutic process and foster community among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with the possibility of performance-based bonuses.
