This position is designed for those who thrive in a remote setting while being part of a committed healthcare team. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience delivering therapeutic services to older adults, ideally within a geriatric setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
