Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. The outpatient nature of our practice allows you to connect meaningfully with clients, employing telehealth technologies to provide assessments and therapy sessions. Our team operates collaboratively, ensuring that each therapist has the support of a dedicated group of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to foster effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the diverse challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards, ensuring the protection of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, continuously enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve guiding clients who are navigating a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related challenges, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
