Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations to assess health status and healthcare needs.
• Review and analyze patients’ medical histories and health records to inform diagnoses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory tests, to aid in diagnosis.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries, ensuring timely interventions.
• Develop, implement, and oversee patient-centered treatment plans for chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as necessary and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Thoroughly document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with health regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, and wellness strategies to promote informed health choices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field is required.
• A valid State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) is mandatory, with a current DEA number.
• Proven experience in an urgent care or emergency setting is preferred.
• Expertise in both primary care and acute care practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear information and advice to patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

Core Care Medical Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience.
