Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Perspectives Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and their families to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples in a safe, empathetic environment while also providing individual sessions when needed.

• Addressing a variety of challenges including familial conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, blended family issues, transitions through separation/divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help patients overcome personal and relational obstacles.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with state licensure regulations.
\n
• Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will provide therapy to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, adults, children, and adolescents.
