Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial client consultations to understand their history, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions virtually, utilizing various modalities to address specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote mental health awareness and create a supportive community for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
