$150K-$200K base, $300K-$400K OTE (50/50) + equity.
Location:
On-site 5 days Manhattan (can flex 1 day remote).

Responsibilities
Own full enterprise sales cycle, prospecting to close, with founders
Build pipeline across insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers
Craft tailored solutions on FurtherAI's AI platform
Primary client contact through discovery, demos, negotiation, account mgmt
Shape sales strategy, pitch and GTM as an early enterprise sales hire
