Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities aimed at achieving therapeutic goals specific to each client.

• Respond to mental health crises effectively by offering crisis intervention and support during acute episodes, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain thorough, confidential client records that document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population residing in Sacramento, California, who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues related to trauma and relationship dynamics. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be crucial as you support their individual paths to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) issued by the appropriate board.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
