Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorders, ensuring a deep understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences, using therapeutic modalities such as Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while constantly adapting to meet clients' needs.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their healing journey.

• Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other medical specialists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for your clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies related to mood disorders to enhance your practice.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring high standards of client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing challenges related to relationship dynamics, mental health struggles, and transitional phases such as divorce. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at approximately USD 52,000 per year for part-time engagements and reaching up to USD 100,000 annually for full-time roles, depending on qualifications and experience.
