The Role We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with mid‑market and enterprise clients. You'll work closely with marketing, customer success, support, and product teams to deliver solutions that help brands maximize their digital presence through custom branded links. What You’ll Do Sales & Revenue Generation Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close, managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities worth $500K+ in annual recurring revenue. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate forecasting in our CRM. Relationship Building Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including marketing directors, CMOs, digital marketing managers, and IT stakeholders. Understand each prospect’s unique business challenges, goals, and technical requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating how Rebrandly’s link management, analytics, and branded domain capabilities can drive measurable business outcomes. Product Expertise Become a subject matter expert on Rebrandly’s platform, including features like custom domains, link retargeting, dynamic routing, workspace management, and analytics. Articulate complex technical concepts in business terms and conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s use case. Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends in link management and marketing technology. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer onboarding. Provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams to help shape the product roadmap and positioning. Collaborate with fellow account executives to share best practices and contribute to a high‑performing sales culture. What You’ll Bring Experience & Track Record 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a closing role. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment. Experience selling marketing technology (martech), analytics platforms, or developer tools strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Sales Skills Exceptional discovery and qualification skills with the ability to uncover pain points and business objectives. Strong presentation and demonstration capabilities with the confidence to present to C‑level executives. Skilled negotiator who can navigate procurement processes and close deals efficiently. Experience with consultative, solution‑oriented selling methodologies (MEDDPIC). Technical Aptitude Comfortable discussing technical concepts, including APIs, domains, DNS, and integrations. Ability to understand and articulate how Rebrandly fits into a customer’s marketing technology stack. Quick learner who can master new product features and translate them into customer value. Actively using AI daily. Personal Attributes Self‑motivated and competitive with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges.
