Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily activities will consist of:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve low-acuity clients who have been pre-screened for therapy services. This demographic may include individuals experiencing mild to moderate psychological distress, those seeking coping strategies for life transitions, and clients in need of emotional support due to situational stresses. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial to helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Show proficiency in organization and time management to effectively balance caseload and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
