Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient privacy and data security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who may be seeking guidance for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues. Our goal is to provide individualized care that respects and addresses the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
