Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote and offers flexible scheduling options while aligning with our standard work hours of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. You will be working in an outpatient setting, which allows for a diverse range of client interactions. Our virtual platform enables seamless collaboration with team members while maintaining accessibility for our clients. In addition, there will be opportunities for in-person consultations and meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to form personalized treatment plans for clients undergoing therapy.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring the privacy and safety of client information.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary treatment teams, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure high-quality care and continuous improvement of treatment strategies.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance understanding and engagement in their care.

• Stay current on the latest research and advancements in mental health practices to implement effective interventions and stay at the forefront of mental health care.

You will support a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and their unique experiences shape their therapeutic needs. Your role will involve adapting approaches to meet these diverse needs, promoting inclusivity and ensuring that every individual feels heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A deep understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to provide personalized, effective mental health care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client-specific challenges effectively.
